Manga HEART, in partnership with Tiko Africa, is implementing a groundbreaking digital engagement initiative aimed at drastically improving health and wellbeing among underserved individuals. This program leverages the innovative Tiko digital platform to deliver essential health services and information to youth, particularly focusing on sexual and reproductive health (SRH).
The initiative targets youth in Nyamira County, providing them with a comprehensive digital platform where they can enroll, access health services, rate their experiences, and refer their friends. The overarching aim is to reduce the incidence of unwanted pregnancies and improve access to contraceptive services and HIV self-testing, with a goal of reaching over 250,000 girls.
